Sharing Sharing will allow other users to access your reports. A list of users will appear when selected. Place a check in the box next to each user name for which sharing is desired. To remove sharing, simply remove the check. Only the owner of a report can edit and delete. Users allowed to share your reports can run, chart, data download and copy.
