Chart When both numeric and non-numeric elements are selected within a report, a graphical chart can be produced. Simply select the chart size along with the elements desired for both the (X) and (Y) coordinates. The largest size is select by default and the first available elements for the (X) and (Y) coordinates are preselected. Press the "Chart" button to create the chart. The chart is displayed as a .gif image. To save the chart to your PC, right click on the image and make the appropriate browser selection to save the image as a file. Many browsers also offer the option to save the entire web page as a static html document.
